Limiting the amount of submissions to 100 per Film Category of Documentary and Experimental. breaking down into two genres Environmental and Social issues. Making for two winning films in each film category, for a total of 4 winning films in the short film category.
Feature Films
over 60 minutes and not over 120 min.

Limiting the amount of submissions to 100 per Film Category of Documentary and Experimental. breaking down into two genres Environmental and Social issues. Making for two winning films in each film category, for a total of 4 winning films in the feature film category.
MISSION & OBJECTIVE
1: To bring more awareness to social and environmental issues around the world.
2: To give filmmakers thinking and filming these issues, a venue in witch to have their films reviewed, premiered, and distributed for the world to see.
ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
Fans Of Film first annual online green film festival, and a promotion of, and endorsed by "Fans Of Film" and the "green Seal Of Approval For Digital Distribution" This is a world green film festival exclusively on the web
All films accepted will be encoded for HD stream for online viewing and judging, the cost of encoding will be covered by the submissions fees
Accepted films will be viewed and judged online by limited amount of invites and paid public viewing request only.
The judges and filmmakers will be the only free viewings of the accepted films. All net profits from PPV sales for public viewing and judging will be 70% to the filmmaker and 30% to "Fans Of Film"
Accepted films will be available for judging for the mouth of Feb 1st 2010 until Feb 30th 2010
Eight films will win, one for each category of each genre. Winning films will have the opportunity to premier on "Fans Of Film" in HD stream PPV for the entire following festival year 2010, giving 70% of the net profits to the filmmaker and 30% to "Fans Of Film" also a lifetime non exclusive distribution deal with "Fans Of Film"
GENERAL RULES
• Entries can be shot in any format.
• We do not accept promotional, industrial or commercial works.
• Works in progress will not be accepted for consideration.
* All films must include credits, titles, fades, music, etc "No Exceptions"
"Fans Of Film Green Film Festival" is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes.
The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.
The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless "Fans Of Film Green Film Festival" from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
